Sources and scope
This snapshot contains 61 listing records across Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties. Each card links to the source URL supplied for that record; some links lead to county-level listing pages rather than a property detail page. Where a field was unavailable, the page says “Not published” rather than filling the gap.
Forty-two auction dates are approximate because the source showed a relative countdown when checked on September 28, 2026. Some source records may be predictions rather than confirmed trustee sales; those records are identified in their notes. Always use the original source and contact the named trustee or sale provider to confirm before bidding.
Four checks before attending
- 01Use the trustee sale number to confirm the latest date, postponement status, and opening bid.
- 02Independently verify title, senior liens, taxes, occupancy, and property condition.
- 03Confirm funding and payment rules. Auction.com notes that cashier’s checks are typically required and conventional financing is not available.
- 04Verify again shortly before the sale. California trustee sales may be postponed or canceled on short notice.

About Cingore
Cingore (cingore.com) is an independent research project that tracks upcoming foreclosure and trustee-sale auctions across the nine counties of the San Francisco Bay Area: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma. The listing snapshot is refreshed every Monday from public records and public listing sources, including county recorder notices, Auction.com, and trustee sale providers.
The site is published and maintained by Junjie Cai, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is an informational resource only — not legal, financial, or real-estate advice. Auction details change frequently: always confirm the date, opening bid, and terms with the named trustee or sale provider before attending or bidding.
